I always wanted to be The cat
Zippy Speedy and Sadie. Spunky and Miguel. Thank you old chums. I shall miss you too, but I will be fine.
I always wanted to be The cat, but there is a Hindu proverb that says: beware of what you wish for you may get it...
Well, please stay in touch once in a while, even if it's to pop over to ours for a while. She-who-wishes-to-be-obeyed is going to give us our own blog... if she ever gets her lappy back. You can link to it from her blog. Now if only she would give us our own credit card...

Hello Susan and Dolly, this is Spunky Katt. I stopped by to let you know that Miguel(Bubba) passed away on 9th March, 2014. I am now The Cat of the house, and spend all the time I can with mummy. She sends her love and hopes life is well for you.
Spunky here. Was nosing about on the laptop and thought of Ferdinand, Dolly, and Susan. It has been 11 years. I am still The Cat of the house, sort of. She-who-wishes-to-be-obeyed brought in the old feral cat from the barn,who almost froze to death. Her name is PussPuss and she is living in a cage in the spare room, and can't go in there because she hates me. Not sure why I felt compelled to write, but... well, hope you are ok, and that life is being good to you.

We were never friends, but I notice her absence very much. I spend my time being held by She-who-wishes-to-be-obeyed. I think we both get something out of those hugs. I often hope I will pop over here to discover Ferdi has returned... I know, it's just a wish, and they don't come true. My prayers to you and your human. I hope there is some comfort in knowing you are remembered by people far away.
